When does credit arrive in my wallet?

7 days after your order is dispatched. We email you as soon as it lands.

Does my credit expire?

Credit you earn from orders never expires. The Rs 1,000 launch credit for past customers can be used until 31 December 2026.

How do I check my balance?

Log in at rakh.pk with your email. Your balance shows at the top of the site, in your cart and on your account page.

Can I use it with bundles, promo codes and cash on delivery?

Yes. Wallet credit works alongside bundle offers, promo codes, free delivery and cash on delivery.

What happens if I cancel or return an order?

If you used wallet credit on an order that is cancelled, it goes back into your wallet automatically. Credit earned from an order is removed if that order is returned or cancelled.

Can I withdraw my wallet balance as cash?

No. Wallet credit can only be spent on rakh.pk.

Can international customers use it?

Wallet credit is held in Pakistani rupees and can be used on orders placed in PKR.

We use 100% premium cotton that is breathable, structured, and made for long-term wear.

Do you restock items?

Most RAKH pieces are released in limited quantities and may not be restocked. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about future drops.

How long does shipping take?

We deliver across Pakistan within 2–3 working days. Delivery for special drops may take slightly longer due to higher demand.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We accept returns or size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and all tags remain intact.
